1. While moving to upload document through Consolidated view - icon , Upon Deleting the files while uncheck the 'show to all' checkbox, user redirected to previous page with radio button selected as "Deactive". Here Add Files got disabled even through user switched to Active radio button.--High

2. While moving to upload document through Consolidated view - icon , Select Module and submodule ,Upon Deleting the files against submodule or module , Deleted files are not visible.--High

3. Upon deleting the files , restore button is not visible-High

4. At upload document page "3) Please Select Module or Submodule to Filter The Documents" statement need to be removed as per the FRS -High

5. While moving to upload document through Consolidated view - icon, Upon click on history -back button  via deactive doc grid view , user redirected to  

6. While uploading the document against project at grid view Module header is not populated with " No Module " -Low

7. While uploading the document against project at grid view SubModule header is  populated with " No Sub Module " , expected to display with "No  SubModule" -Low ( Consistency need to be maintained)

8. At upload document Submodule dropdown label expected to displayed as "SubModule" as per consistency - Low
